Data collected

• Account details: name, email, phone, town.
• Your CV, or your vetting answers: right to work, experience, certificates, availability, languages and two referees.
• Your applications and the answers to employers' questions.
• For employers: company details and the staff you ask us to find.
• Messages and requests sent through our forms.

Purpose

To find you work or find you staff (taking steps at your request before a contract), to meet our legal duties as an employment agency, and, only if you agree, to contact you about other jobs.

Recipients

Recruit World may share your name, town, CV or vetting answers with employers it places you with. Your phone, email and referees stay with Recruit World. Our database is hosted by Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt) and the site by Cloudflare.

Retention

Applications are deleted 12 months after the job closes. If you join our talent pool, we keep your profile for 24 months and ask before keeping it longer. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to object to processing. Use Settings or email us. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
